The Hotel ZOLLHAUS is located just next to the BearPark and can be easily reached by public transportation or by car.
BY TRAIN AND BUS
Arriving from the central station, take the bus No. 12 from BERNMOBIL, direction Zentrum Paul Klee / Schosshalde. The bus stop "Bärenpark" is right in front of the ZOLLHAUS.
BY CAR
The exits "Wankdorf" or "Ostring" are only 5 to 10 minutes away. After leaving the highway follow the signs to "Zentrum/Bärengraben".

GOOD TO KNOW
From your very first overnight stay in a tourist accommodation in the city of Bern, you will receive a Bern Ticket for your whole stay, which lets you travel for free on public transport in zones 100/101 operated by the LIBERO Association.
It also includes the famous Gurten funicular, the funicular Marzilibahn, and the elevator to the Minster terrace, as well as travel to and from BERN Airport. On your day of arrival, your reservation confirmation can be used as a transfer ticket from the station or the airport of Bern to your accommodation.
The Bern Ticket must be activated via the Bern Welcome App before your journey. Show the ticket to inspectors when requested.

Check-in takes place at the Welcome Desk of the Restaurant Altes Tramdepot, next to our Eiswerkstatt. The restaurant is located behind the old Bärengraben - only a few steps away from the Hotel ZOLLHAUS.

As you may have noticed, we do not have a classic reception desk. Please report to the Welcome Desk of the restaurant (in the entrance of the Altes Tramdepot) for the handover of keys.

The Hotel ZOLLHAUS is at your disposal until 11:00 am. Please be advised that we have to insist on this time due to organisational matters. You may return the key at any time to our restaurant Altes Tramdepot.
