HOUSERULES
The Houserules are part of our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, especially the security instructions concerning the BearPark mentioned in section 1.
1. The Bears
Finn, Björk and Ursina are your neighbours. Please respect them! Upon visiting the Bern BearPark, visitors accept the present security instructions as well as any other rules ensuring the safety of the park. The following instructions are mandatory for all visitors.

feed, disturb or scare the bears -
cause noise emmission through street music, stereo systems or any other sources of noise emissions that may disturb the animals -
to climb over the security railings. -
swim from the riverbanks surrounding the BearPark -
pollute the BearPark with trash, food, tobaco, spitting etc. -
carrying kids on their shoulders along the security barrier -
park any vehicle outside the specially marked fields Fun Fact:

2. Check-out
Our house fairy is always on time!

3. Fire!

Smoking and/or any other playing with fire is strictly forbidden within the ZOLLHAUS!
In the case of a violation, we will be forced to charge you up to CHF 200.00.

4. Monumental Protection
The ZOLLHAUS is heritage-protected. Any change, affect or damage is forbidden by law and will be officially prosecuted.
5. The River Aare
The River Aare is dangerous. Visitors should be aware that, in this area, the current is very strong and dangerous. The water level can rise suddenly due to storms or heavy rain up river.
6. Valuables
Please take care of your valuables and personal belongings. A Safe can be found the the bedroom and livingroom.
7. Visitors
Size matters! The ZOLLHAUS may only be used by the amount of people (including children) indicated on the reservation. The guests may not offer the ZOLLHAUS to third parties.
8. "the else", Mr. Clooney
What else? – Oh yeah, coffee. Enjoy as much coffee by Adrianos (check the handling) and tea from the Länggasstee as you wish.
